Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.

Property Access

  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age to reserve is 25 years. This person is required to sign the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.

Pets

  • This home allows up to 99 pets. Only mature, well-trained dogs are permitted, with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.

Fees and Payments

  • Additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax for mature, well-trained dogs.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking and Vehicle Requirements

  • Free parking is available.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Towels and bed linens will be provided.
  • The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cooking basics. Appliances include a dishwasher, toaster, oven, stove, and ice-maker.
  • "Starter set" of paper products provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
  • High-speed Internet, clothes washing machine, and clothes dryer are available.
  • Hot tub is available.
  • We do not provide hair dryers.

Safety and Security

  • Owner has a camera facing the driveway for security purposes. This is not pointed towards any common areas or inside the home.
  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are provided.
